About Us
AVET Built cares about the health and well-being of military veterans and families that are in need of affordable housing. Eric is a United States Military veteran and his passion is to help other veterans and families in need.
A Vet Built Org is a separate charitable organization. Certain members of AVET Built’s team are also involved with separate for-profit real-estate businesses. A proposed charitable donation will not be transferred to a for-profit company merely because it is unsuitable for A VET Built. If A VET Built cannot accept a property, the owner may separately elect to have their information provided to a for-profit purchaser. Any such transaction is separate from a charitable donation, may result in profit to the for-profit purchaser, and does not qualify as a charitable contribution. There is no obligation to pursue the for-profit option.
Eric’s main mission help veterans and families in need.
